Refund policy

Renewed Tech is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.  All our items sold are refurbished by our team, but sometimes we miss something during our testing process. 

You can return any purchase (unopened) within 30 days for 100% refund. Email sales@renewedtech.ca or call 1-885-219-2344 to get your Return Authorization number. Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

If your item was damaged in shipping – contact us and we will arrange the return/replacement of the items purchased. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery – we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you have simply changed your mind, you can return for a full refund LESS a re-stocking fee ($100 for purchases over $700 or $50 for items under $700). Shipping/insurance costs at buyer’s expense.

• All items/accessories must be included
• No locks/passwords on are on the system
• The item is in the same cosmetic and physical working condition that it was originally sold to you
• It is shipped back in the original packing provided by Renewed Tech.
• The refund will be provided within 5 days of the item being received/inspected at our location
